-0- 1994, is when the history of DJ S.O.N. begins, that year was his first appearance in an event, with a crowd of approximately 400 souls in a club at Mexico City, in where he showed to the people that in spite of his short age it could rock people with beats overloaded of energy, that celebration was the springboard that impulse him strongly in its race, allowing him to alternate with djs of great stature, such as: A.J. Mora, Travis Lea, Andreas Kremer, Justin Verkovi, Miss Yetti, Robert Natus, Frank Kvitta, T-1000, Pacou, Gunjack between many others, of equal way these events allowed him to travel to many different countries in America and Europe to show the different cultures his intense style to play techno.

At the year of 2000 he begins to produce his own tracks, obtaining incredible acceptance of the crowd, his tracks are now played and remixed by very important international djs/producers around the globe. Alex Roman was founding partner of the Terratechno group in 2002 impelling the movement of progresive house and techno in Mexico at levels never before reached to his resignation to that group to return to his own project Plastic Pleasure. 

Alex now belongs many crews and agencies of djs, in which its name appears next to stars like Danilo Vigorito, Sven Väth, Umek, Adam Beyer, Patric Lindsey, Monika Kruse, Marco Bailey, Misstress Barbara, between many others. Alex Roman a.k.a. S.O.N. is the creator of Plastic Pleasure, organization who is born in 2001 in order to bring to Mexico the more recent electronic rhythms, organization which was transforming into a group of DJs with only one aim, to show the world best interpreted electronic music with feeling characteristic of all good Mexican lover of the quality. 

At the moment Plastic Pleasure counts with international relations with labels world-wide recognized like, SBK, Systemcalls, Bitshift, “Internacional Dj Gigolo”, Tresor, Giant & Dwarf, Expanded, Planet Natus, Cache Records, Defmosaic, etc.
