LCK, is seen as a storm maker because when he spins, it’s huge! Not a bad thing for you especially if you want something that is electric & unique. His lightning speed hands makes for some serious mixing and out of this world scratching techniques with his QFO Hybrid turntable. Gob smacking partygoers whenever he performs with his trickery and spinning his own popular produced tracks, tends to send a hurricane ripping through to the dance floor.
Spreading his fury already at events all over Australia, in New Zealand and Malaysia, they can’t get enough of LCK. He has graced partygoers on main stage at events where the audiences have reached up to 6000 to watch him spin such as in Australia: Gatecrasher, Kiss My Grass, Universe at Kryal Castle and Pharmacy. In Malaysia: Freedom Festival (2008 & 2009) and in New Zealand at Pharmacy. Playing along side the big shots; Carl Cox, A*S*Y*S, Mike Koglan, Dark by Design, Kamui, Scot Project, Yoji Biomehanika, Enery Dai, Alex Kidd, Thomas Schumacher, Guiseppe Ottaviani, Cosmic Gate, Talla 2XLC, Combechrist, just to name a few.
You would think this is phenomenal enough but LCK has got the attention of A*S*Y*S and Fred Baker, both artists remixing his killer track Penguins, out for release March 2009 and bound to cause an explosion when it comes out. His other productions, “Bring It”,“External Internal”, “Full Force” and “Testing waters” which have each had an mp3 and vinyl release, have been sending chills all around Australia and overseas for some time now.
When asked what are the highlights of his career: “Having released a CD compilation in music stores for Pharmacy with myself on disk 1, along with Scot Project disk 2 and Hellraiser disk 3” and “Taking a bow after my set in Malaysia, in arms with Scot Project and Mike Koglan in front of 6000 screaming fans”.
This little hurricane doesn’t stand still either, he has his own music label: Dyverse Recordinz and teaches scratching, mixing and production during his spare time with the dream of setting up a foundation of music for underprivileged kids all around the globe.
Watch out for the wind to change and the storm clouds to burst at his next event, with his rating already in the top 100 dj’s in Australia, rated by inthemix, his infectious performances will see him rated much higher this year.
