ALECTRIC is ALESSANDRO NICO. He come from Rome/Italy, where he was born in 1967. His musical background and influence move from jazz to fusions until ofelectronic music since the early `90. Then he begun to play as a DJ in the italian clubscene and here he meet CHRISTIAN SACRIPANTI (one of the first italian club culture heros).
He formed with him an electro-house duo called "A&C RECOMMENDED". In 2002 his solo project ALECTRIC was born. Moving from A&C experiences the sound is more eclectic, spacing through electro arrangements and acoustical sonorities.

This Album includes tunes composed between 2003 and 2004. It represents in full load the way to mean modern music by Alectric. For him the most important musical revolution since ' 90s has been the contamination of differents genres and the technical innovation about the musical instruments and sonorities that the electro-music has invented. Moving from his acoustic background and jazz music affection he meet the industrial sound and the typical metric structure of electro-dance music, so hypnotic and symmetrical. The result is an organic, eclectic and electric (by here the name...) miscellaneus of tunes, so electro impressed, but at the same time really deep grooved, where the classic lesson is in the melodic lines, ever presents...
