Regarded as on of Toronto Canadas' Premier DJ's Curved_Slightly began playing house music at the Wednesday night hot spot the Copa in 1988. From there he quickly went on to become one of Toronto’s premier DJ’s/Producers appearing at such spots as 23HOP, Gotham City, Club Z (Focus), 215 Victoria, Element, 4th and 5th etc…playing alongside such DJ’s as Kenny DOPE, Louie VEGA (Masters at Work), Kenny Carpenter, Dave Delvalle, DJ Romain, David Morales, and M1 just to name a few. With the growing demand for him to play he was given the opportunity to play at various Clubs and parties in Toronto, Montreal, Scotland, U.K, Italy, Mexico, Japan, Germany, Portugal, and the U.S. He has also played for artists like Larry Heard, Robert Owens (Fingers), Michael Watford, Crystal Waters, Ce.Ce. Rogers, and Barbara Tucker. His production and remix projects appear on some well respected house labels such as Jinxx, Reinvent, DNH, Crash, HI-Bias, and of course his own Mental Track Worx. He credits Patrick (D-NICE) Hodge with getting him started by encouraging him to DJ professionally. Dennis was also a regular guest on the infamous ”Rhythm Method“ Radio show on 105.5 fm which aired of Friday nights form 6-9pm with Mitch Winthrop and Dave Campbell. Dennis’ favorite cities to play in are San Franciso, Montreal and Portugal. (”As he put it: The People of San Francisco Really know how to let loose and let the DJ do his thing, for that I am truly honored and am forever grateful“) He feels fortunate in his travels to have met the very artists who have influenced and inspired him to write and produce his own music.
