Spilout est un jeune DJ, il découvrit la musique pour la première fois dès son plus jeune age dans des compilation musicale dance d'où est né sa passion pour la musique house. En 1999 il découvrit la production sur ordinateur grâce a Ejay. Il attaqua de pied ferme la composition avec des logiciels beaucoup plus perfectionnés vers 2005, depuis ce temps, il produit de la house. Il découvrit aussi les joies du mix encore grâce à l'informatique, avec le logiciel Virtual DJ, plus tard, il se procura des vrais platines et commencera a mixer sérieusement. Il mixe actuellement pour des soirées privées. En 2007, il sortit ses deux premières productions, sur le label U-Neq Records, dont "Come Quick" déjà n°9 du TOP house du site beatsdigitals.com
