Luna Orbit Project
Luna Orbit Project produces electronic dance music in the genre vocal trance, club and chillout. LOP is a collaboration between the producer Stig Tornes and the singer Line Frøyset. Their biggest dream is to make a living out of music and to spend their life together in love and harmony.
LOP has a unique prehistory. Stig and Line both had well paid jobs, and well established families. On their free time outside the office, Stig was a drummer in a rock band and Line was a jazz vocalist. Both had for many years been fascinated by techno, synth, dance, trance and house music, when they met on the internet and started a potential cooperation.
After 2 years in the idea phase, they got divorced, and moved in together. Now they both have part time jobs beside the music, but hope to be able to work with music full time someday. In 2008 LOP was signed by Andromeda Recordings, and they feel that it definitely was a step in the right direction.
