Tim Besamusca
Tim started making music in 1999. At first it mostly were mash-ups and remixes of existing songs. Time passed by and Tim started to become more serious and decided to take it on professionally. He placed his music on the internet and received some very good reactions, some of his tracks were even played in "The Subtraxx experience" on popular internetradio station Di.FM. <br><br>
After producing music for a couple of years he also started to DJ. Meanwhile he spinned at a lot of parties including: "Fuser invites... Benjamin Bates!" in Unitas, Wageningen And "Het Leeffestival 2006" also in wageningen.<br><br>
In early 2007 Tim won a remix competition wich was organised by Dutch band Artefact for their new single "Stay in bed today". He was asked to provide a set on their album release party in Paradiso, Amsterdam and he received a lot of positive reactions. Also the website Musicincontrol.nl had heard of him and they asked Tim to record a mixset for the website wich appeared online in week 17, 2007. <br><br>
He released a couple of succesful tracks and remixes on various labels in 2007. This year promises to be an even bigger year with forthcomming releases on: Bittersweet Recordings, Future State Records, Paria Records and his own brand new imprint: Timeshift Records!
His style can be described as a blend between trance, techno and house: funky percussion, deep basslines and dreamy melodies. By constantly developing his skills he continues to raise the bar for himself.
