Artist: Well Being
The thriving landscape that is Adelaide, South Australia’s drum and bass scene has given birth to many new dj’s and producers over the last few years and one such producer is Well Being (Al Holland to his friends and family).
Growing up in the 1980’s and 90’s, Well Being bore witness to the ever increasing influence of electronic music and dance/rave sounds in popular music. Always intrigued by the mysterious sonic capabilities of electronic music, Well Being used the latter part of his high schooling to explore more underground forms of technology driven music. This in turn led him to discover Adelaide’s rave scene and thus, the music of drum and bass.
Although producing music since 1998, 2001 saw Well Being shift his focus to drum’n’bass following his new found love of the sound. Since then he has strived to improve both the craft of his production as well as the creative energy of his music. He now has several successful releases on the 5158 Records label, such as "A promise kept" and the new "Bushfire Moon"...
