18 years old, and rocking your world. Thats the first description that comes to mind when inspecting the works of Danish Mike Hawkins. His claim to fame is going rather fast, as he has gone from dj'ing as a local hero in his hometown, to producing tracks for some of the biggest labels worldwide.
This kid has got it all, humour, funky tunes and great abillites in a DJ-booth - and having played with international superstarnames such as Trentemøller (twice..), he is one skilled DJ.
His music would best be described as funky house meeting dirty progressive sounds, having tech-babies and then sending them to the klassikal' kindergarden.
Elements such as violins, piano and epic choirs meeting detuned bastard basslines - you are in for a treat when first listening to the works of the young dane.
With an impressive array of collabs, including names such as Marcus Schossow and Sharooz, and gained support worldwide from some of the biggest names, you are doing yourself a big favor by checking him out!
