DJ Ogi
After his first contact with techno music in the end of 80tees, Ogi became its fun & collector. He got inside of croatian electronic scene in more active way as resident DJ of Club 82 in Novalja in 1995, the same year he organised the first party on the island of Pag. Next year parties at Club 82 are held under the name Energetica and then the idea about continuence of organizing parties and club sessions was born. Together with fellow DJ Rene, Ogi started to work under the name Energetica Team, regularly making techno events at Club 82 every summer until 1998. In that year their work reached its peak with starting of radio show about electronic music, Energetica Music, transmitted on Radio DJ Crikvenica. The period of stagnancy of techno scene in Croatia came and the show was cancelled, Ogi was again on his own, soon working as an associate for X-Music at the same radio station. From the year 2000, X-Music radio show is managed by Bruno aka Koma, who together with Ogi now constitute main part of renewed Energetica Team.
The main goal of the Team is to introduce the audience with techno sound through the series of parties and smaller listening rooms. At that time, Ogi is often guest of parties in Croatia, also in that time he have first gig in Czech Republic and Slovenia.
In 2001. hes playing for the first time in Austria and after «Beatology» party Ogi is joining Beatbull organization from Pula, one of the best electronic music promoters in Croatia.
In the middle of Summer 2001 Energetica Team, which is now counting about 20 members, made big open air techno event called Exotica one of bigest party in Croatia.
In the last quarter of that year Ogi was bounded to Fun Academy club in Rijeka as resident DJ but entering 2002. he changed that residency with the one in the well known discoteque Colosseum in Opatija. About the same time, Ogi has taken more serious approach to production work and in collaboration with DJ Carl Max has published song Energetica on double compilation album Transcontinental for label TechEX rec. from Prague. At the year 2002 and 2003 he had his first gigs in Italy, Germany, Bosnia&Herzegovina and Slovakia, on one of the bigest party like Love Parade Love in Berlin and Citadela in Brno.
The result of further production is the relased: Giant and Dwarf records 009, Northwest Dinamics 008, trax Sinus on Compound 26 and EP "2 fast for you 4 on Holzplatten 66 both made with Carl Max.
In the future on : Giant and Dwarf Records 014, "Apocalyptic" with Carl Max on "Latest Findings" LP Planet Rhythm 007 and trax "Bombarder and Next on Energetica" EP on Insane records.
