DJ Chix
Chix is a DJ/producer currently living in Southampton, working part time as a musician. A history of DJing throughout the South has led him to residencies at some of the most prestigious club-nights in Southampton, including Influenza sporting a fantastic party atmosphere playing a massive range of breakbeat styles from underground drum and bass to 'deeper darker rougher tougher' nu skool breaks...
Chix has played alongside some great DJ's in the industry including DJ Vadim (Ninja Tunes), ED209, The Breakfasters, DJ Quest, A Skillz, Aquasky & Masterblaster, Freestylers, but still can't resist playing a good houseparty...
Following the recent success of his 3rd Album 'Transformer' (which is now available trough trackitdown.net) Chix has set up a live breakbeat/electronica band - 'Gojira'; performing tracks from 'Transformer' along with more electropop tunes of their own. Gojira's first gig was with the Freestylers, launching them into the scene where they now continue to gather momentum...
