Marco GThe celebrated DJ behind the famed G-style, Marco Greniers savvy selections and impeccable mixing have made him an established favourite at home and abroad. A long-time friend and collaborator of Preachs, Marco G shares a residency at Aria, Montreals largest afterhours club, and at Quebec Citys prestigious Club Dagobert, where he effortlessly constructs sets of throbbing, sultry techno and house that appeals to purists and thrill-seeking partygoers alike.
2005 sees Marco G resuming a hectic international touring schedule whilst satisfying the growing international demand for his productions. With a permanent home on Relic Silver, Marco Gs productions have also been signed to Carl Coxs Intec and Monika Kruses Terminal M labels recently.
Gaining accolades from international and local icons alike, Marco G was named as Misstress Barbaras best undiscovered DJ in Londons DJ Mag, and has shared the stage with the industrys biggest names: Tiesto, Carl Cox, Paul Van Dyk, Deep Dish, Danny Howells, DJ Dan, Donald Glaude, Armin Van Buuren or Mauro Picotto, to name but a few.
Through seventeen years of DJing, whether playing for diehard sweat-drenched ravers or classy, wine-sipping trendsetters, Marco G has never lost his close ties to the underground. The hard, dark rhythms of the afterhours culture remain a pervasive element in both his track selection and production approach, and his open enthusiasm towards new genres, ideas, people and places has allowed his career to thrive through three decades.
Marco Gs most recent releases on MC Marios infamous label Tycoon Records, are featured respectively on his latest Mixdown compilation of 2007. On the other hand, Marco continues to release quality releases on his home label Relic Silver and colaborations with Preach on various International labels.
