Chris is one of the three Liberator DJ's, whose Stay Up Forever, Cluster and
4x4 record labels form the backbone of the London underground techno scene,
whilst his Dj'ing takes him to the four corners of the earth!

Wed in august 2001 to the lovely Carmel and expecting his first techno kid
this autumn, Chris continues to pump out techno from dj booths around the
world and from the great long-running Stay up Forever and Cluster labels as
well as his newer  labels such as Maximum Minimum, Yolk and Double 7. Much
of his time is now also devoted to nurturing a wealth of new talent through
the ever-growing Stay Up Forever Collective of techno labels.

2002 has saw the release of his first mix cd for Trust The DJ (CL01) with a
two following soon thereafter. Following the demise of Trust The DJ at the
start of 2004, Chris has recorded a new internet-download-only DJ mix for
Trackitdown.net .  Release in July 2004.

It's a rare moment when Chris can be found in the country without a gig to
play, a track to remix or a record review to write. It's this dedication to
the music and the club/free party scene that he helped create, that has
found him being placed repeatedly in the Top 100 of DJ Magazine's poll of
the best DJ's in the world.

He also records under a huge range of pseudonyms (on his own and with other
producers such as D.A.V.E. The Drummer, DDR, Paul Harding and Guy McAffer)
including Ha-lo, Creeper, Cosmic Trigger and Star Power (to name but a few)
and was also responsible for the massive acid techno anthem 'London Acid
City' as Lochi with Lawrie Immersion and the more recent "One Night In
Hackney" with D.A.V.E. The Drummer as . His studio output can also be found
in the present and back catalogue of every other self respecting label in
the genre including Solid, Prolekult, Noom, Boscaland, TeC , 12" Monkeys and
Eukatech such is the demand for his high standard of work, and his
production credits includes everything from hard acid and techno through to
funky house and trance.
