Track Information: Heyoka AKA Andrei Olenev is another cosmic audio waveform manipulator who recently delighted us at Muti Music with his auditory explorations. With advanced utilization of Ableton Live and Native Instruments, Heyoka composes bassdriven mid-tempo excursions, showing influences from leftfield / IDM and downtempo music, along with the aesthetic of dubstep, the tempo of glitch-hop and epic compositional pieces consisting of mostly bass. His truly unique flavor has been gaining the attention of San Francisco bar & club promoters and his beats have been doing their rounds on the decks, we are excited to hear what the future holds for Heyoka. |
