ABOUT THE VOLUMES:

The songs contained on the volumes are serviced to you by Archangel^ Acappellas!
The songs are written by Bruce Archangel^ and co-writers.
The master recording rights are wholly and unreservedly the copyright ownership of the writers.
The songs are 100% controlled and published by Notting Hill Music and or the co-writers respective publishers.
Any artwork is owned wholly and exclusively by Angel Management (UK) Ltd.
Any such reproduction of the artwork must be applied for in writing to info@archangelle.co.uk.

ABOUT USING A VOCAL:

You are at liberty to sample any part of the whole of any of the vocal tracks, you can cut them up, play your production live, but before you are able to sign any recording contract or licensing arrangement using any sample of the Archangel^ Acappella vocals you must first email vocals@archangelacappellas.co.uk and your demo must be submitted to us. It is imperative you do this, as the vocal may already have been offered for a release and you never know we might sign it to Archangel^!
Once you have been granted the non exclusive rights you will then be able to sign the agreement.
Demos can be emailed under 10meg to vocals@archangelacappellas.co.uk or via www.yousendit.com any size!

If there is a replication for the same vocal there are a number of options upon request including using one of the versions as a paid remix or even a similar new vocal being re-written by Bruce.

RIGHTS & WARRANTIES:

We warrant that the vocals featured on Archangel^ Acappellas have not been previously commercially released prior to release and exploitation on Archangel^ Acappellas.
You warrant that any such vocal used, shall not be signed to a third party without our express consent and subject to the terms and listed in "SIGNING A TRACK"

"SIGNING A TRACK"

Once all rights and splits have been agreed by us. You are in a position to sign your track to a label. However it is imperative the following is adhered to.
1) Inform the label the track contains a sample for which you have been given rights to exploit.
2) Make sure that we (Archangel^ Acappellas) receive at all times direct accounting for the royalties earned from the exploitation
3) Make sure we (Archangel^ Acappellas) receive all pro rata shares of advances within seven days of receipt by you. Standard share splits are available on request.
4) Make sure we receive the correct credit on all forms of label copy so as to correctly represent all singers, writers, publishers and artists relevant to the sample used in your composition.
