Track Information: C.M.R. aka Substate aka Chris & Matt Kidd together with Rob “Activa” Stevenson are definitely on the rise of becoming the next superstars in todays trance and producer scene. After the release of their huge hit HORIZON on Liquid Recordings/Spinning (Holland) including the stunning Mac Zimms Remix played by almost every A-List DJ and compiled on more then 20 compilations they sure have released a rememberable debut to be noticed in the community. The most recent production is a slamming remix for Travis Baxter for the track HEAVEN & EARTH which will be released on Joyride Recordings aside their current solo single called CONTROL The new production RELEASE is currently being played by none other then Paul van Dyk and can be found on his November DJ Magazine CD. Scot Project placed the track on his current Mix CD Techno Club vol. 22. Denmarks Lasse Steen aka DJ Choose is a well known and respected producer. His first appearance dates back in 95 when he started producing hardcore and acid tunes. Nowadays his own tracks were released on labels such as Drizzly and F&W Records and he gained a lot of respect for RELEASE ME and LUCITE which had major plays from every big DJ. LOST VISION is hammered by Robert Gitelman, Les Hemstock, DJ Shog, DJ Archie, Dave Joy, Damien James, P.H.A.T.T. and many more… Jon O'Bir (UK)I LOVE the original of C.M.R. MASSIVE production and it has my full support, 9/10! Scot Project (D)Like both mixes.. Dj choose is more powerful. The orginal is good too, like the simple melody Gareth Emery (UK)CMR – That usual DJ Choose quality is here in buckets for those late sets, but the original actually tops it for me.... Great release! Louk (UK)If there has been one tune this year that is the perfect track to cross from tech trance to harder trance in a set, it is this wonder from CMR. Their original is good and very playable, but the mix of the pack has to go to DJ Choose for a very sinister reworking. This features a glorious break that certainly made my pupils dilate very quickly on a first listen, ensuring the repeat button was instantaneously pressed and the volume cranked right up. I don’t say this often but this is fucking ace!!! Olly Perris (UK) IDJ August ReviewEddie Halliwell has been raving about this track and when you hear this, it isn’t difficult to see why. ‘Lost Vision’ is a German-edged thumping hard trancer of epic proportions comprising a huge hands-in-the-air breakdown and stomping beats, all containing that fiery, Halliwell at 2am edge. DJ Choose is drafted in on remix duties and he opts to deliver a straight-up tech trance reworking packed with energy. 4/5 Bas + Ram (NL)Full support both sides!! Choose is the master!!!!! Gr. R Krzyzstof Chochlow (PL)Good Job! I like All version’s and I give 10/10 Cor Fijneman (NL)Love the DJ Choose mix. Powerfull stuff that will rock the floor. Can’t wait to drop this K90 (UK)Quite simply loving this...Original mix the one for me but Choose's mix is filth! 9/10 Max Savietto (IT)Already play it in all my dj Set.....BOMB!!! |
