Yes, thats right; we're talking about SeOne. After 8 years of good quality parties and events it officially shut its doors on Monday 22nd February 2010.

Over the last decade London has seen a vast array of its iconic clubs shut down. Whether this has been due to the weakened economic climate or personal decisions made by its owners, ravers & late night dance fanatics have had a swift reduction in what has been some of the best platforms for electronic music. Trackitdown has decided to undertake a showcase of some of the most iconic venues credited for pushing the electronic music scene to new heights. With London becoming more & more crippled by the lack of high end club spaces, we wanted to re-live some of the components which inspired & enhanced the British music entertainment sector.
Miami Music Week, renowned for showcasing & hosting some of the most exciting parties world wide just ended. The 6 day festive period which invites well established & underground DJ's alike took place on March 25th - 30th. Curated by some of the best labels across the globe, the week long adventure provides intimate surroundings, rare collaborative moments & beautiful palm trees-adding to the Miami-esc stereotype. Four days have now passed since the event, allowing people time to breathe, regain their memory & no doubt their brain cells too. With that, we decided to have a chat with our friends at Be-at.tv who spent their time filming & streaming some of the most epic party sets of the week. Naturally, our main interest focused on the best sets, memorable moments, crowd atmosphere & so forth. According to the Be-at.tv the arrangement and style of the event changed this year, preferring EDM style music for the day time parties and focusing on the underground sounds in the evening. Unfortunately, some of our sources said the EDM failed to get the party started & that this arrangement should be changed.
Time Warp Festival (2014) is back for another year of techno, Detroit dance, minimal & deep house in Mannheim, Germany. After an astonishing 2013, its hard to imagine it could get any better. However, with this year being its 20th birthday, you know some surprises are in-store!

Ben Pearce burst onto the scene in 2012 with his killer track 'What I Might Do', which was undoubtably one of the biggest tracks of the summer. We caught up with him to find about life as a DJ and producer and to get the lowdown on his record label Purp & Soul.
Marc Kinchen aka MK is undoubtably one of the most influential house producers going, he pioneered the house in the early 90s and remixed some of the biggest pop tunes including Celine Dion and Pet Shop Boys. He then went onto work with Qunicy Jones, where he produced tunes for the likes of Will Smith, Jay-Z and Snoop Dogg.
