created in 1996
The label was to set up for the best producers in the Industrial Strength Records' family of labels, limiting who would
appear on the records & projects. It soon became one of the international leaders in Hardcore along side ISR for a time.
ISL was launched with the release of 'Lenny Dee & The Hardcore Warriors', a classic piece of hardcore featuring the international hit
"Funky Twisted". It's the label that brought us such hits like DJ Jappo and Lancinhouse's "Exlxaxl", Manu Le Malin & DJ Producer's
"Enemy" and DJ Narotic Vs. UVC's " the Kings are Back" produced by Sal Mineo.
