History

Ob5e55ion Recordings was formed in April 2005 by a partnership
involving three people – Craig Davies (Zouse), Liam Rees (Will Rees)
and Hywel Pugh (Owen P).

Their aim is to provide another solid label for the Dance World and to
bring in some of the best known producers and also some of the
brightest up and coming producers on the scene.

Both Zouse and Will Rees have been making headway on the
Club circuit as up and coming DJs for the last year and a half.
After their first successful release, You’ve Been Warned
(supported by DJs like DJ Choose and Fabio Stein) they have
decided to launch their own label with the help of their good
friend Owen P.

After Much Consideration a Fourth member of the team was added
Kieran Davies (DJ-Kiwi / K Dee). Kiwi an established Up and coming
Producer Himself was keen to get involved in this new venture,
would set a stall out for his productions.

All Four of them have come from a clubbing background
(with all four going to places like Escape in Swansea).
With Will Rees an established up and coming Techno DJ you can
guarantee a thrashing of techno on the label too!)

They all share a love for hard music, but that’s not all the label is
about you can expect release from all sorts of genres from, hard dance
to electro.

This is also another foray into the dance scene for Zouse & Owen P,
having successfully run a club night. They have now joined forces to
try and become one of the most respected and best Dance labels.

This will take time, but with the things they have lined up its going to
be an interesting ride, so just sit back and wait for the releases....
