Back in 2003 Jonny Strinati met up with Chris Hughes at college in Manchester.
After sharing musical tastes in Techno and House, Jonny stumbled across some early Fingerlickin' tracks. Both were inspired and the idea of Splank! was conceived.
Roll on 4 years and Splank! are big in the dance game after becoming runner-up in Breakthrough Label of The Year Breakspoll 2006 with a unique wonky sound bridging Breaks and House. They can now boast over 20 single releases and 1 album with several artists including Groove Allegiance, Strider, Darftphunk, Moston & Malente and Phonat.
