Digital Creation is the brand new record label brought to you by hard trance guru Phil Reynolds. Having had lots of success with labels such as Nukleuz and Impact Recordings, Phil has created another label solely for his own music. The label will feature Phil’s forthcoming debut album and will include collaborations with some of Hard Dance best producers, including Nick Sentience, Technikal, Nick Rowland, Mda and Spherical, Matt Williams and Greg Brookman.  

The first release, which is the Phil Reynolds album sampler includes collaborations with Tecknikal and Nick Rowland. The first track entitled ‘Wanna go for a ride’, written with Tecknikal has been around for a while. This is the typical driving hard trance sound that you would expect from both Phil and Alf (Tecknikal). The breakdown is what makes the tune and anyone who would have heard it in a club will recognise it straight away. The tempo of the tune this dropped right down and the main melody comes in over the top before it speeds back up to normal speed. The effect is simply breathtaking and the dance floor goes nuts every time this is dropped. This is a hard trance classic in the making.

The second track written in collaboration with Nick Rowland entitled ‘Losing Power’ is much more on the tech trance tip. Following up nicely from their pervious effect ‘Prestigious’, this track is much more groovier than anything these two have done before and is hot off the press only having just been finished off. With a fat bassline, awesome stabs and clever programming, this track builds nicely up to the break.  With a deep and dirty start to the break it builds to a typically uplifting melody that you would only associate with these two producers. If you like your music on the groovier tech vein you will love this tune. Uplifting and dirty at the same time, now you don’t get that very often.
