The clubscene in Stockholm has been poor the last years and people with genuine interest for dance music have often taken their business elsewhere. Ibiza and London have frequent visits from clubbers from Sweden, and Stockholm specifically. Magazines like Mixmag and Muzik have given them a steady flow of information about what's going on, and the Internet is also a huge source of information about the latest music and clubs worldwide. To sum it all up, people from Stockholm are very aware of their surroundings and the music they listen to. There just haven't been any good clubs to visit over the last few years.
Nowadays things are really on the move, much thanks to Fokused who are one of the pioneers in bringing the quality clubscene back to life in Sweden and this is their imprint.
