Variant (GWP)
Divide Collapse
Dark, full strength intense, back street breaks, grizzled up to the nines with sweltering bass-line integrated into cut n shut beats, over-layered with hard vocals snippets, mid tempo until it decides to switch halftime.
Tejaé
Feeling Rough
Beautiful post dubstep ambient pad action with spliced garage style sequencing on the twitchy drums, complimented by filtered rubberised bass-lines panned through both ears while the harpsichord carries the listener pleasantly along. Post club or early door, your choice!
Travino
Watch Calculator
Serious 4 to the floor, electronic techno with reverberated woodblock leading into a restrained snarling bassline carries the track as all manner of percussion opens out around the bass, before the whole track is let of the leesh, for a full frontal attack on the earlobes.
Mike Lennon
Bleepwalker
Pearly King and Dubstep's queuejumper pushes his way eagerly to the front, with a perfect track for Mutate and the forthcoming new year, seriously deep sub lines drive the track as a bleepy lead ping pongs it's way around like a 7 year old overprescribed on Ritalin. Vocal cuts enrich the track and provide one serious drop! as ever spacious but dark enough to satisfy!
Magic Markus
Song for Salieka
Sunsoaked Extra wide pads slowly panning in and out through a building 4/4 soundscape. Electric piano marks the change as the track grows around your headspace. Before a pent up jazz drummer influenced breakdown gives birth to a Balearic factor 50 favourite!
Koian
Boomshot
Norway's ambassador of all things twisted returns with a parcel which is unashamedly breakbeat, big, big driving bass, hard hitting snares and dubbed out fx run through its mainline into Ragga vocals, a refreshing pure broken beat number as the last remaining producers jump from the good ship breaks!
Kiyota
New Area
As Switzerland Tolblerone reserves have been exhausted the only thing you can rely on is Ki-yota, Bouncy beats, mixed into equal measures long padlines and a smooth bassline running straight underneath, authentic electro rhythms and FX Smashes give a feel of an 80's arcade jam set.
GG Unique
Time
Made up from a multitude of soundbanks and sample slicing that progressively grow together to make Time, 4/4 in its general nature with chugging bass-line, Early Art of Noise style vox work and Baile style horn melodies
Casual Bill
Scapegoat
Our favourite Texan puts down the Dr Pepper hotline and returns into the driving seat. Simply filed under percussive breaks, Scapegoat is a track rich in acid lines, escalating bass, sequencer hooks and words of conspiracy.
A C Revery
Sweeping Sunset
The soundtrack to a new 'niceness' within electronic music, optimistic, uplifting yet true to its underground roots, a light dubstep flavour but stinking of the smoke from burning the entire 'it should be like this!' rulebook. Almost a swan song or two fingered salute to machismo in music. Enjoy!
Unique 3
Rock Non Stop
The don: Edzy returns with the soundtrack to the greatest electro block party you never attended, huuuuuuuge kicks, play nicely with filtered sequencer hooks, and smouldering voice sections, twist out beats woven into hip hop vocals, rap (call em what you will!), A mid point glitch breakout leads back into the track with balls. Be aware this could do serious disrespect to your father's Alba midi system.
An Aeon Ago
Joltaeon
Leeds based purveyor of forward thinking electronic riddims delivers an irregular slice of super melodic electro for future funkers. Commodore Sid chip synth riffs and electro chimes arpeggiate and build towards an insane keytar jam of epic proportions.
