Top Philippines cop chief superintendent Samuel Pagdilao issued a bizarre dictat to local cops this week, threatening to sack them if they in any way act gay.
"If they sway their hips while marching, or if they engage in lustful conduct, I think that will be a ground for separation," the Philippine NationalPolice spokesman chief told reporters, If they behave within the norm, I don't think we'll have a problem."
His announcement surprised new Skrufff man-in-Manila Ed Cruz, who said gay cops are pretty much straight acting.

Two months previously, Manila cops staged a high profile televised raid on a gay club known as Blue Fairies, arresting all 52 clubbers inside and charging them with lasciviousness and/or violation of the anti-trafficking law, depending if they were seized in the dark room or not.
Most cops here are like anywhere else and are like normal cops are: protective, safe to be with and easy to approach, though from time to time you can encounter cops who are corrupt - but it's sort of the same like in many places in third world countries, Ed added,
