Had a great week? Hope so. It's shaping up to be one hell of weekend here, and everybody here at Trackitdown Towers is looking forward to getting out into the sunshine and rinsing away the last of the showers with some turbo-powered summer scorcher! And to brighten the mood, we've even dropped in a couple of freebies (yes, free music!) into the list, so keep your eyes peeled for them!

Phat, Stomping Energetic Electro House from man like Callum B on Big Fish Recordings. This is peaktime rave material of the highest order that will appeal to the likes of Kissy Sell Out, Herve and Fake Blood. Callum is also known for his ambitious choice of performing with a laptop, breaking the limitations of just using decks. Be sure to check this guy out. RAVER FLAVA!

Claudio La Mantia & Emanuele Lo Giudice - Feel It - Intensive Records

Rocking electro inspired house from Claudio La Mantia & Emanuele Lo Giudice. Really into the catchy synth lines that are totally driven along by the larger than life bass. A nice breakdown gives the crowd a minute or two to catch its breath before it all slams back in quite unexpectedly. DANCEFLOOR SMASH!

Thankfully nothing to do with the Enya emulators from the early Nineties, this track is pure sunshine new wave disco funk full of plump sounds and vocoder vocals from another planet.
