•    Full details below of how YOU could be spinning at this year’s Trance Awards Party!!

Over the last couple of Trance Award seasons, ‘My Year in Trance’ has become a hugely popular and enlightening, window into the world of your favourite DJ booth inhabitants. In the run-up to the start of this year’s poll the Trance Awards team have once again been conducting their now-annual M.Y.I.T. interview-a-thon. Getting the down-low on every aspect of the DJs professional lives, as well as a few scrapes they’ve gotten themselves into, it’s an invaluable reminder for you of everything they’ve been up to. This year they’ve outdone themselves by grilling 99 of the biggest deck operators in the world of trance. You can read about Jon O’Bir being accosted by the Manila Swine Flu Police, Matt Hardwick’s close encounter with Carmen Electra and PVD ultimate rider request realized at

This year’s poll comes to a mighty conclusion at the Ministry of Sound on October the 9th. Track It Down and The Gallery have already had a suitably large response to their search for 4 young DJ guns to play amongst the already established stars on the night. Yep, you read it right! It could be you up there spinning on the most famous club turntables in the world!

All you need to do to be in with a chance of nabbing one of those prized spots is to put your latest (and greatest!) DJ Mix in the post to:
