Artist name: DJ PP

How long have you been in the business?

I've been deejaying for 20 years, but only producing for 5 years. I think my experience deejaying for so many years helps my sound and production.

What is your career highlight to date?

I would say my strongest highlight was producing the track Miami Vice, which was the beginning of all this.

What's the biggest crowd you've played to?

In Mexico City and Buenos Aires Creamfields, twenty thousand listeners, there was incredible energy.

What's been your personal favourite remix of production that you've made?

I have many, but remixing Chris Lake and Mark night was a great feeling.

Where has the maddest crowds when you've toured?

Every place, every country, every party has it's own energy. I have enjoyed every one of them. You can be playing to 100 people and have the best party.

Who would be your dream collaborator?

I could name thousands who I would love to work with, here are a few: Deep Dish, Todd Terrym Junior Jacks, Kings of Tomorrow and Daft Pun.

Which act do you think we should watch in 2013?

I have been working with a new project on the underground by the name of Squit Killer. Also some new stuff from my label PPmusic and my own projects.

What one piece of advice would you give a young DJ producer reading this?

Work nonstop in your studio and never lose hope in your goals.

What do you like best about Trackitdown.net?

I have seen some changes that I think are very good, I think Trackitdown is a classic digital store that I have great respect for.
