For SR008 label regular Glen Coombs delivers us his first EP on Suah. 'Wakinda' has been a staple track in many a set since last year and we're pleased to be able to bring it to you as part of a four track package. The lead track brings driving late night grooves to the EP, opening up with melodic chords, echoing vocals and punchy basslines. Wakinda is a tune made to hold the dance floor in suspense, while the second track of the EP 'Poloma' does quite the opposite, this track is all about impact as chunky kick drums and tribal vocals move the EP from the melodic to the groovy. The final original track of the EP 'Hit The Alarm' is built around a constant series of chords, the lazy groove of the drums and bass keep this track building to its climax. Strings, pads and vocals are the order of the day in this production to keep the listener on their toes To top off the release label favourite Kreature delivers a great remix of 'Hit The Alarm'. Bringing his signature sounds and grooves to finish off the package, this track is all about the energy. Kreature certainly doesn't disappoint, moulding pieces of the original to perfectly capture the dark vibe of the EP and transform it into a real dance floor hit.
